LuAngel Special Needs Pets is a 501(c)(3) organisation dedicated to providing innovative, personalised care and support to pets with special needs, such as injuries, physical disabilities, chronic medical conditions, behavioural challenges, and advanced age. Our goal is to open the first health centre for special needs pets in San Diego, expanding to other cities and states in the future.
