Welcome to Comprehensive VetCoach by LuAngel Special Pets
Dear pet owners,
Welcome to the Comprehensive VetCoach course, a free program offered by the LuAngel Special Needs Pets Health Center. Our mission in this course is to empower pet owners with the knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care for their beloved pets, reducing the need for emergency visits and promoting overall well-being.
This course will explore a wide range of topics, including behavior management, dental, fur, and skin care, ear care, nutrition and diet, healthy treats, exercise and activity, breed-specific tips, and emergency prevention and preparedness. Our program is designed to cater to the needs of dogs, cats, and other species, ensuring that every pet is treated as special in its own unique way.
Dra leads the course. Luciana is a veterinarian who graduated from Brazil in 1996 and has worked as a veterinary technician in San Diego since 2015. She is also a groomer and the founder of the non-profit organization LuAngel Special Needs Pets, which is working tirelessly to open the first Special Needs Pets Health Center in the USA, located in San Diego.
Throughout the program, we will offer a combination of theoretical and practical sessions to provide hands-on experience for dog owners, while cat owners will benefit from in-home individual sessions. Our goal is to provide tailored guidance that ensures proper care and emergency prevention for pets of all species.
